Important information about your order:
When ordering online, you have the opportunity to choose your seats yourself from the seating plan! As soon as your telephone or email order has been processed, you will receive your invoice immediately. We ask you to refrain from making payments before receipt of the invoice. The transfer of the invoice amount from abroad must be made “free of charge for the beneficiary”. After receipt of payment by bank transfer, check or credit card, the cards will be sent to you by post or, if you request, in your name deposited at the festival box office. A postage fee of € 5,50 will be charged per booking if sent by post. The reservix ticket sales system charges a service fee of € 2,- per booking.
General Provisions
Returning tickets and exchanging purchased tickets is generally not possible!
You have the option of taking out ticket insurance when purchasing online through our ticket partner reservix!
Changes to dates, line-ups and programs are generally possible and do not entitle you to return tickets!
